Scott Horowitch is a freelance artist exploring multiple media. Scott has earned a Bachelors degree of Fine Arts in Illustration and Cartooning from The School of Visual Arts in New York City. He continues to work on storyboards for films, independent movies, commercials, and cartoons. Scott’s proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS Systems are complimented by disciplined talent and years of experience. His storyboarding skills are displayed while working as the senior artist for motion pictures and also as a character artist for comic books and cartoons.
